Wyatt finally got tubes in his ears! It's only the fourth scheduling of his surgery, he has swollen lymph nodes of undetermined origins and Seth is getting over hand foot mouth disease so it's something of a minor miracle.
Wyatt actually tolerated the thing surprisingly well. I started a "space theme" with his hospital gown being an astronaut suit. They took him away to surgery in a "space wagon" and told him the anesthesia mask was to go to space.
He came out of anesthesia quickly and in a good mood but sort of lost it when we wouldn't let him walk out of the hospital.
