San Francsico Opera Open House

Yesterday we went to the San Francisco Opera Open house at the War Memorial Opera House on Van Ness.  We took the BART train in to the city.  The open house was really cool.  They had costumes, a demonstration of opera wigs and make-up, opera related crafts like making a coin purse or hat, a photo setup where you could get in costume and have your picture taken and of course music and singing.  The pieces were mostly from the upcoming Barber of Seville production.  Wyatt was very trepidatious of the music at first, but Rus eventually got him to listen.  He just had to be in one of the upper leaving seating areas.  Seth mostly just wanted to run around.
