My first beta was only 22 (12/21), which is really low. I didn't see much hope. I wasn't even sure it wasn't the supportive HCG shots, although the RE's office thought that was unlikely. The second on 12/26 was 118, which didn't quite "double" and again I was pretty upset. Well, the third on the 28th, the day before my birthday was 275. I know that there are a lot of people with much higher values, but it's good enough for me for now. Only the u/s will really tell. In the mean time, I will try not to go crazy!
