I talked to my boss a little over a weak ago. She told me they are planning to re-org our department in October and move Tina, Rachel and myself in to one big room with the developers (of which there are four men). Rachel is actually supposed to commute up to Oakland every weak or take a severance package. She is supposed to retire in April or May of next year anyway, they should just pay her out.
Anyway, I am not excited about moving from a shared office with Kathleen to a giant room with the developers. No privacy what so ever! And they just keep re-orging. Every time they do things seem to get worse.
