Super Seth

Seth was started cooing, squealing and laughing. He is making no efforts to roll over whatsoever yet. He can grab things and get them to his mouth now. He smiles a lot and likes to stick his tongue out. He is very interested in food. To the point where he actually makes a nose dive for whatever happens to be in reach. Both Rus and I have heard him say "mama" already. Not in regards to me of course! Just as a sound he makes. His next check-up is Sept. 10th and I am positive we will get the green light to start solids. He, generally sleeps six hours a night if in the swing or car seat. Only about four if flat on his back. He usually goes to sleep shortly after Wyatt, so around 8pm. Last night he woke up an hour later, then at 2, 4 and 5:30. So that wasn't a good night, but not typical anymore. His sleeping during the day is the biggest problem. He takes 2-3 catnaps of 10-20 minutes and one mega-nap of 1-3 hours. Problem is it's hard to know when the mega-nap is going to happen. It's usually when Wyatt naps or if we drive some where. Clearly, we have a noise problem.

We are likely going to re-arrange our place in to a two bedroom in the meantime while we house hunt. Only problem is we can't get cable in any room but the one the cable is in now without having Comcast re-run the cable and even then I am not sure they could do it without them drilling a hole in a wall and I don't want to do that. Maybe it is worth having them come out and take a look. They will have to re-run cabling for the internet, too.
