Happy birthday David

David would have been pleasantly mortified by this ridiculous cake. He would have known it is the thought that counts though. In David-style, I made it blue just because I could. I think this cake would have made him laugh.

Happy birthday baby brother.

That was very sweet of you Stephanie, I'm sure David has a big grin on his face! I brought a flower from the garden and some herbs to the tree on Saturday in remembrance of his "herb gathering" in our garden.

About this blog

This blog was started when Rus and I were in the midst of fertility treatments in 2007. Then it became about Wyatt. Wyatt was born on July 8th, 2008 at 32w4d. He weighed 3lb 12oz and was 16.5 inches long. He was discharged from NICU on Sept 22nd, 2008. Wyatt's due date was August 29th. Now we find we are pregnant with our second child, conceived without fertility treatments.

Seth was born full-term via c-section on May 10th, 2010 at 8lb 9.6oz and 21.5" long. He was released with me from the hospital two days later.
