We took Wyatt to the polls today. I caught him with five ballots for John McCain in his diaper. That Fat Bubbee! He got a sticker saying he voted when we left. Rus was very excited to take him to his first presidential election (Obama vs. McCain). There were also a whole slew of important propositions for the state of California to consider like the state constitutional ammedent to ban gay marriage, the proposition to ban cruel farming practices, propostion to limit abortions for underage girls (mandating contact of parents), two on clean energy, re-districting , etc.
So far, CNN has Obama ahead at 174 electoral college to 69 for McCain. Rus and I will cry if Obama loses, but it looks like he will take it! I just told Rus we have to travel abroad and enjoy our new found positive world reputation if Obama wins.
Oh and yesterday Wyatt took a whole 110 ML bottle. Today he took 108 ML. We have barely used the feeding pump. The amounts he left behind were so small we syringed them. When we took him out today to the polls and Target, he was pretty good. He actually slept through most of the election stuff. He woke up at Target and cried a little, but he didn't scream the whole time.
