Yesterday morning I believe I had a blocked milk duct. I hard a had spot on my breast and one duct was clearly not draining. After taking a shower and applying massage, it finally opened. And squirted me in the face. I started laughing and woke Rus up. Another point for my "I have no dignity post."
I ended up pumping 3.5 ounces, which is way more than I have ever pumped before. I have to say, the whole thing was pretty painful, I had to sleep on my back because putting any pressure on my breasts hurt.
And all this came at the end of the World Breastfeeding Week.
